Carefully selected spirits from the Caribbean region matured in special oak barrels in the basement of the laundry mill into the pure flavour of quality dryer rum.
The base of Old Mill Rum is made up of cane spirits from the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, which have been distilled with an emphasis on preserving the typical characteristics of the taste and aroma of real rum. This blend is then aged in special oak barrels. This has rounded it off beautifully without losing the distinctive rum flavour.
Due to the long maturation process, we do not produce it in large quantities, so it will be especially appreciated by true connoisseurs and enthusiastic collectors.
