Bottega's Gold is made from Glera grapes grown in vineyards in the hilly areas of the province of Treviso. After the classic white winemaking processes, a second fermentation takes place by fermentation in an autoclave according to the Charmat method for about 40 days at a controlled temperature of 14-15 °C. The aroma opens with a characteristic and pure bouquet with hints of apples and pears, enriched with notes of acacia flowers and lily of the valley. On the palate it is elegant and harmonious, with a pleasant flavour and freshness.
