Product description

Paranubes Oaxaca Rum 0,7L 54% is produced by natural fermentation of fresh juice of sugar cane, which grew locally on Jose Luis Carrery farm. During the production neither pesticides nor fertilizers are used. After the natural fermentation rum goes through one copper column still distillation.

The pure color and intensive original aroma. Brave tones of banana and cinnamon, flavor of sugar cane joined by menthol nuances and hot finale, this is Paranubes Oaxaca Rum.

An excellent drink is a pure and undisturbed representation of raw ingredients and captures not only the taste, but the atmosphere of the place of origin. Paranubes rum, locally known as aguardiente de caña and distilled without additives, is the right drink, you would find in foggy forest in mountains Sierra Mazateca in Oaxaca in Mexico.

Sugar cane for Paranubes rum grows in mountainous region Oaxaca, homeland of Mazatecs, the native people of Mexico. The region is known for production of coffee and fruit like mango or papaya. Sugar cane is grown in altitude between 1100 and 1800 m. The harvested cane is pressed the same day and then left to ferment naturally – without addition of yeast or water. The finished immature rum without added water is manually bottled.

Rum is excellent on the rocks, but excels in cocktails.
