A delicious wine with a vibrant linen colour and attractive fruity-spicy aromas. The aroma of ripe mango stands out and is enriched by a hint of nutmeg. The mango fruit also dominates the juicy and sweet taste, the crisp acidity together with the lime finish perfectly balances the higher residual sugar and adds freshness to the wine.
The LAHOFER winery is one of the largest growers of grapes in the Czech Republic.
Together with the company Vinice LAHOFER, it cultivates 430 hectares of land, for example, on the lines Babičák, U Hájku, Volné pole, Waldberg and Lampelberg. This is where the LAHOFER Winery has placed the "Keep Your Head" wine programme. LAHOFER also takes care of the Paradise Vineyard on the historic terraces below the St. Nicholas Cathedral near the centre of Znojmo.
The composition of the vineyards includes practically all the main grape varieties grown in Central Europe. The predominant vineyards are Veltliner Green (16%), Riesling (13%), Müller Thurgau (10%), Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, Muscat of Moravia, Pinot Gris, Riesling Welsh, Neburské, Tramín Red and Pálava. In the vineyards there are also lesser known varieties such as Kerner, Dornfelder, Blauburger and Alibernet.
