This is the flagship of the High West Whiskey. Only a limited amount is produced every year and thus ranks among the valuable treasures for every whiskey collector. It is named after the annual summer meeting of the „mountain men“, which is called „rendevouz“. This blend is a combination of straigh rye whiskey aged 4 up to 7 years, which are matured in the new White oak barrels. It stands out with its dark amber color with reddish reflections. Aroma offers tones of cinnamon, cloves, and dried fruit, which are finished with sweet vanilla, cane molasses and finally quality chocolate. The taste is markedly spicy with a subtle and long-lasting warm finish.
