Production:
The foundation of this plum brandy is a blend of varietal spirits made from Gabrowska, Lepotica, and Valijevka plums. After harvesting, the fruit is pitted and then undergoes slow fermentation followed by triple distillation. The production process thus combines modern technology with traditional methods to create a pure, mature, and harmonious spirit.
After distillation, the plum brandy rests for at least 8 months to allow its character to soften and its flavor to become more rounded. The result is a mature fruit brandy with a delicate profile that will delight lovers of traditional plum brandy as well as more discerning customers seeking a more refined style.
