Product description

Bruno Pilzer Grappa Delmè d’Or is a premium Italian grappa that represents the best of the Bruno Pilzer distillery’s production. It is created by blending 8 single-varietal grappas in a carefully selected ratio to ensure the resulting spirit offers harmony, depth, and a complex flavor profile.

Aging:

The grappa ages for more than 5 years in French oak barrels, where it acquires a smoother, rounder, and more elegant character. The original floral notes of the grape pomace are enriched during aging with more complex aromas of wood, subtle spiciness, and a mature barrel character.

Tasting Profile:

Aroma: Initial floral notes enriched by complex aromas derived from aging in French oak.

Taste: A harmonious, mature, and woody-smooth expression of the grape marc distillate.

Serving:

Recommended for slow savoring after a meal as a digestif. It is best enjoyed in a tasting glass, where its floral, woody, and mature notes can gradually unfold.

Bruno Pilzer Grappa Delmè d’Or is intended for lovers of fine grappas who are looking for a more distinctive and mature spirit. The blend of multiple varietal grappas allows for a richer structure, while long aging in French oak adds smoothness, elegance, and a fuller finish.

Ingredients: Distillate of grape pomace and water.

About the Pilzer Distillery:

Pilzer is an Italian family-owned distillery from Trentino, one of the most respected producers of grappa, fruit distillates, and other fine spirits. It was founded in 1957 in Faver, an ancient village in the heart of the Cembra Valley, a region known for its winemaking tradition, mountainous character, and high-quality ingredients.

The distillery’s current form is the work of brothers Bruno and Ivan Pilzer, who carry on the family craft and develop it with an emphasis on quality, purity, and precise craftsmanship. Pilzer specializes primarily in grappa—a traditional Italian spirit made from grape pomace—but also offers fruit distillates, liqueurs, and other specialties.
