Chandon Brut Argentina is a sparkling wine that perfectly combines French winemaking tradition with Argentine passion and innovation. Produced in the renowned Mendoza wine region at the foot of the Andes, the vineyards rise between 1,000 and 1,200 metres above sea level, which is key to achieving its characteristic freshness and elegance.

Production and ageing:  
The coupage of the wine is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, harvested from February to March to preserve the freshness of the acidity while highlighting the typical liveliness of Chardonnay. Thanks to the use of state-of-the-art presses that minimise the contact of the juice with the skins, unwanted bitterness is avoided. Primary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by racking of the base wines at the end of June and a secondary fermentation lasting 6 to 8 months, during which the wine is constantly stirred to create a creamy and rich character. After the addition of the expedition liqueur and racking, the wine rests for at least 3 months to combine the aromas.

Aromas: Fresh and vibrant with fruity notes of citrus, pineapple and white peach, complemented by subtle hints of brioche.

Appearance: Yellow colour with subtle golden tones.
