The light yellow-greenish colour of this wine complements its intense, velvety aroma reminiscent of walnuts, butter and candied fruit. The extractive flavour, which is supported by a higher content of natural residual sugar combined with a more pronounced acidity, transitions into green apple with a raisin to honey finish. This wine is recommended with creamy vegetable soups, naturally prepared beef, veal roast or delicate pates, asparagus and freshwater fish.
