Beefeater is a premium gin that is one of the few gins still distilled using the original method in the heart of London. It is made using the steeping method - a twenty-four hour maceration of herbs in grain spirit followed by distillation. It takes its name from the legend associated with the guardians of the Tower (today's fortress housing the Crown Jewels of the British Royal Family), who are nicknamed 'Beefeaters'. As these guardians are a great tradition in London, as is Beefeater gin, their symbol is depicted on every bottle of Beefeater gin. Beefeater gin is still made to the original recipe from the 1870s at the Beefeater Distillery under the supervision of experienced Master Distiller, Desmond Payne.
The premium Beefeater Peach & Raspberry gin, with delicious notes of peach and raspberry, is made by macerating nine natural herbs in grain spirit and then distilling. The expertise of master distiller Desmond Payne has created a unique spirit with a deep tradition and unique character in London.

The basis for Beefeater P&R is the classic and world's most awarded Beefeater London Dry gin. The production process of this premium gin takes place at the Beefeater distillery in the heart of London under the expert supervision of Master Distiller Desmond Payne MBA. It begins with the distillation of Beefeater Dry gin and continues with the addition of natural fruit essences. Although the product has a distinctive peach and raspberry aroma, it has a characteristic finish with notes of juniper. The fruity flavour is achieved without compromising the excellent quality of the gin by using only natural essences. Beefeater Pink is a delicate and refreshing gin. Its distinctive, energetic and fun visual style makes it very appealing to the younger generation of gin enthusiasts.
