Before 1989, mandarins were the symbol of Christmas. In other times they were not available and everyone was only rationed. Fortunately, this is no longer the case today. Strongly aromatic and incredibly tasty Sicilian organic mandarins growing on the volcanic soil directly under Etna. In all their growth, they have never known chemical spraying.
It is a pure draught spirit without any sugar, aromas or filtration. It may be cloudy in the glass and drops of precipitated tangerine essential oil may appear on the surface. And that's the main thing that makes it taste and smell so good. If it were filtered out, it'd be plain vodka. And none of us want that.
