Jelínek Vizovická Slivovice 2013 is an exclusive plum brandy from 2013 in a 0.02 l bottle, which is the result of hand-picking and careful distillation of plums of the Čačanská rodná variety, which was planted on the slopes of the Těchlov valley in Vizovice in 2006. The variety is known for its high sugar content of up to 22 brix, which gives the plum brandy a distinctive fruity character and depth of flavour.

The plums for this plum brandy have been carefully selected and distilled separately by variety to preserve the unique profile of each variety. After at least a year and a half of aging, this spirit was selected to represent the annual limited edition.
