B&G Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry red wine from France, specifically from the Pays d'Oc region. The wine is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, which is one of the best known and most widely grown grape varieties in the world.
The colour of the wine is a deep ruby and the aroma is full of fruity notes such as blackcurrant, blackberry and plum, complemented by spicy and woody notes that come from the wine's short ageing in oak barrels. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and dense, with pronounced tannins and fruity flavours.
The wine is ideal for serving at room temperature and is recommended with red meats such as beef, pork and lamb, as well as roasted game, savoury cheeses and dark chocolate.
