The product is without exaggeration a small work of art, the result of many years of experience and unique climatic conditions. It is distilled from fermented pure virgin sugar cane syrup and aged in the high mountains of Quetzaltenango, Guatemala, at an altitude of 2300 metres. The bottle offers a unique blend of rums ranging in age from six to twenty-three years.
When you smell it, the combination of caramel, vanilla, cocoa and butterscotch, along with the notes that the rums have acquired in the barrels during the aging process, will first catch your attention. You will appreciate the flavours of fresh fruit, wood and aromatic spices. It is delicate and intense. The unique production process behind it all is the Solera system.
