Hibernal 2021 late harvest is a fine white wine that boasts a rich aroma of orange peel and a delicious taste of candied citrus fruits.

Bred at the renowned Geisenheim Research Institute in Germany by Professor Dr. Helmut Becker, this white cider is the result of an interspecies cross between Seibel 7053 and Riesling, giving it a unique character.

Thanks to its origins, Hibernal offers a complex flavour profile that pairs well with a variety of dishes or can be enjoyed on its own as a refreshing aperitif.

With a pleasant alcohol content of 13.0%, this wine is an ideal choice for those looking for a balanced and drinkable white wine.

For maximum enjoyment of its rich flavour and aroma, we recommend serving Hibernal at 11-13°C. This temperature will bring out its citrus notes and ensure that every sip is a real pleasure.
