Waldberg Chardonnay late harvest 2021 is an exceptional dry white wine with an intense and brilliant brass colour complemented by greenish shades.
The aromas and flavours of this wine are rich with notes of sweet wood and tobacco, which give way to a surprising minerality with a typically salty character on the finish.
This wine is part of the Standard range, which focuses on extra-dry appellation wines from selected varieties. The Waldberg winery combines modern technology with traditional methods, including the use of stainless steel and concrete tanks and wooden barrels, to create distinctive and elegantly structured wines that will appeal to any wine lover.
With a rich history since 1784, the Waldberg winery inherited the tradition from the monastery in Louka. Since then, they have dedicated themselves to the production of quality wines from the Znojmo region. They own six vineyards with an area of 92 hectares, where they grow grapes under ideal climatic conditions. Small batches of bottles are produced using traditional methods with minimal intervention to bring out the unique character of each wine.
