Bohemia Brut 1,5 l is an excellent extra dry sparkling wine, which is ideal for festive occasions, romantic moments, family and friendly gatherings. This sparkling wine is made using the traditional method in Stary Plzenec and is the epitome of unique bubbles that turn ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences.

Production and traditional method:
Bohemia Brut is made from carefully selected wines of different varieties to form a cuvée. The sparkling wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, where it is aged on yeast lees for a minimum of nine months, often up to twelve months or more, which enhances its quality and flavour. After the remuage process, when the yeasts are shaken off the cork and removed by the degumming process, the sparkling wine is topped up with expedition liqueur, sealed with a cork stopper and secured with a wire basket.
Food pairing:
Bohemia Brut is great as an aperitif, but it also pairs well with cold breakfasts, light salads, seafood, and even delicately flavored entrees.
Serving:
For an ideal experience, it is recommended to serve the sparkling wine chilled to 4-6°C. Tulip-shaped glasses are ideal to preserve the aroma and bubbles of the sparkling wine.
History and sustainability:
Since 1942, when the first sparkling wine began to mature in the Bohemia cellars, the Bohemia brand has become one of the largest producers of sparkling wine in the Czech Republic. Thanks to its long tradition and consumer trust, today more than half of the sparkling wine drunk in the Czech Republic is made up of Bohemia Sekt products.
