Peaches are hand-harvested at dawn, ensuring maximum preservation of their nutrients and flavours. This is followed by gentle fermentation and distillation using the traditional method, ensuring that every drop of the spirit is full-bodied and intense. The recommended temperature for serving and storing Grič Peach is 16-18 °C. At temperatures below approximately 7 °C, the spirit may become slightly cloudy due to the precipitation of aromatic oils, which is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the quality of the drink.

Established in 2022 on the basis of the experience gained since 2018, Grič distillery is a symbol of craftsmanship and harmony with nature. Grič's mission is to bring you only the finest quality fruit spirits, with the daily challenge of capturing the essence of the true flavour and aroma of the fruit in every glass, where each spirit is not just an ordinary spirit but a true indulgence containing a multitude of chemical compounds, flavours and aromas. 

Grič distillery works with two hand-wrought, all-wrought, all-copper, single-boiler sets with a three-volume distillation column of 300 and 200 litres. These units allow the natural characteristics of the raw materials to be preserved and exploited to the maximum.

Grič distillery offers proven classics such as varietal plum and mead, as well as the latest gin, which is prepared with careful attention to the correct proportions and measurements to ensure a harmonious result. Each batch is produced in small, limited quantities to ensure the maximum quality of Grich spirits.
