Raspenava Distillery, founded in 2021, is located in the idyllic setting of the foothills of the Jizera Mountains in the village of Raspenava. The establishment of this facility was born out of a desire to create premium spirits from locally grown fruits that would reflect the richness and purity of the local nature.

In 2022, distillation technology was installed by Kovoděl Janča s.r.o., which enabled the distillery to start production. The distillation column is equipped with a modern electric boiler with a capacity of 300 litres and a height of 3600 mm. This equipment includes a four-stage distillation column with a deflegmator and a double catalyst, which ensures higher purity and intense aroma of the produced spirits and rums.

The distillation process at Raspenava Distillery is carefully controlled to ensure the highest quality products without the use of artificial flavourings. All the spirits are 100% natural, which is in line with the company's philosophy that emphasizes authenticity and quality.
