This extraordinary creation starts with the “Agave Australis”, which only thrives in the wild heart of the Australian outback. Aside from the obvious, Porfidio's Auscal is a unique agave spirit made from a single agave, a single vintage and a single barrel. After distillation, the agave spirit is aged for three years in Australian whisky barrels until it reaches perfect maturity. It takes 14 years from seedling to bottle.
