Wine Characteristics:

Varietals: Made from carefully selected Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah grapes that are typical of southern France.

Production: The vinification of each variety is carried out separately to achieve optimum ripeness, with subsequent attention to preserving colour and aromatic purity. Part of the wine is aged in barrels, giving the resulting rosé a complex structure.

Aroma: Intense aromas of red fruits, citrus and spices, which combine with light notes of toasted brioche to create a rich yet fresh aromatic profile.

Taste: Elegant and fresh with a distinct minerality and a lingering finish that is enhanced by aging in French oak barrels.
