Production:

Bohemia Brut is the result of a meticulous process of traditional sparkling wine production known as "méthode traditionelle." This process involves secondary fermentation directly in the bottle, where the sparkling wine is aged on yeast lees for a minimum of nine months, adding quality and depth of flavour. The final stage involves remucking, removing the lees (degumsage), topping up with expedition liqueur and closing with a cork stopper with a protective wire basket.
