Durancie variety:

Durancie is a classic Slovak plum variety characterised by its specific aroma and taste. Due to the fact that the fruit 'goes bad from the stone', it is distilled together with it, which gives the spirit a specific and pure taste that cannot be found in any other spirit. The durancia fruit ripens in the second half of September to early October, allowing for maximum concentration of sugars and flavours.
