About the Hanzel Winery:
The HANZEL Winery continues a long family tradition of wine production, passed down from generation to generation. It focuses on high-quality wines made from grapes grown in important vineyards around Miroslav, such as Weinperky and Volné pole. Today, it is one of the progressive medium-sized wineries in the Znojmo region and has been part of the LAHOFER group since 2014.
The winery produces wines in the traditional way, using modern technologies that allow for gentle processing of the grapes and preservation of their quality. Since 2020, the winery's administration has been based in the LAHOFER group's new premises in Dobšice, while production takes place in a modern hall in Hostěradice near the Volné pole vineyard. It is the emphasis on quality raw materials, own vineyards, and sensitive processing that gives HANZEL wines their distinctive character.
