GRIČ Strawberry brandy is a premium fruit distillate whose taste and aroma are reminiscent of a strawberry field in the middle of a hot July. It is intended for connoisseurs who are looking for an authentic fruit profile, precise craftsmanship, and a distillate without compromise—intense, juicy, and unforgettable.

Production:

The basis is hand-picked, perfectly ripe strawberries, from which high-quality strawberry mash is prepared. Distillation is carried out gently to preserve the delicate fruit tones while maintaining the purity and strength of the distillate. The distillate is then aged in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its freshness and typical fruitiness without the influence of wood.

Tasting profile:

Aroma: Authentic aroma of fresh strawberries, juicy fruit character.

Taste: Intense, fruity, pure; typical strawberry fruitiness.

Finish: Juicy.

Recommended serving and storage:

• Ideal temperature: 16–18 °C
• At temperatures below approx. 7 °C, slight cloudiness may occur due to the precipitation of aromatic oils. This is not a defect – on the contrary, it is a natural manifestation of valuable aromatic components.
• The distillate is not recommended to be chilled in order to bring out the aromatic oils.

Grič distillery was founded in 2022 based on experience gained since 2018. Grič's mission is to bring you only the highest quality fruit distillates, with the daily challenge of capturing the essence of the true taste and aroma of fruit in every glass, where each distillate is not just ordinary alcohol, but a real delicacy containing a multitude of chemical compounds, flavors, and aromatic substances.

Grič distillery works with two hand-forged, all-copper single-boiler sets with a three-stage distillation column with a capacity of 300 and 200 liters. These devices allow us to preserve and make the most of the natural properties of the raw materials.

Grič distillery offers proven classics such as varietal slivovitz and medovitz, as well as the latest gin, which is prepared with careful attention to the correct proportions and measures to ensure a harmonious result. Each batch is produced in small, limited quantities to ensure the maximum quality of Grič spirits.
