This exceptional spirit is made from hand-picked, perfectly ripe strawberries that have been carefully processed into high-quality strawberry mash.
The careful preparation of the raw materials and attention to every step of the process guarantee the authentic taste and aroma of fresh strawberries.
The distillation process is gentle, preserving the delicate fruit tones while ensuring the purity and strength of the distillate.
The resulting distillate matures in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its freshness and typical fruitiness. This distillate is like a memory of a hot July day – intense, juicy, and unforgettable.
The recommended serving and storage temperature is 16–18 °C.
At temperatures below approx. 7 °C, the distillate will become slightly cloudy due to the precipitation of aromatic oils. There is no reason to chill our distillates; we drink them precisely because of these amazing and laboriously obtained aromatic oils.
