This cuvée is made from more than 100 different wines, with 20 to 30% consisting of carefully selected reserve wines that give the blend greater maturity, complexity, and consistency. The character of the champagne is based on the harmony of three varieties: Pinot Noir brings body, Pinot Meunier emphasizes palatability and fruitiness, and Chardonnay adds finesse and elegance.
