The 2017 limited edition Don Papa Rare Cask is an exclusive premium rum with a stronger yet fresher flavour profile. Don Papa Rare Cask is aged in special, heavily fired casks. It was bottled at 50.5 proof. It is an unfiltered and unblended rum. The bottles are numbered, signed and come in beautiful wooden tubes. The rum has a dark amber colour and a fruity aroma. The taste is characterised by notes of fruitcake, cocoa and wood, with hints of wild mint in the long finish.
