Yellow Zubrowka (also called Bison Grass Vodka) is a Polish vodka with the flavour and aroma of bison grass (Latin: Hierochloe odorata), which grows in Eastern Europe. This vodka is made from the finest grain and distilled water and is distilled three times. It is then macerated with bison grass, which gives it its characteristic grassy aroma and flavour.
Zubrowka Vodka has a mild and smooth taste, with hints of vanilla, cinnamon and spice. It is an ideal vodka for mixing cocktails, but can also be drunk neat on the rocks or as an accompaniment to food, especially meat.
This vodka is available in 1 litre and 0.5 litre sizes and contains 40% alcohol. It is a popular choice not only in Poland, but also in many other countries around the world.
Zubrowka is a unique, very aromatic dry vodka prepared from a base of premium spirits and combined with a tincture of bison grass.
