The soul & uniqueness of Nordés is the use of Galician Albariño grapes. The distilling process is enhanced with the maceration of 11 botanical elements: 6 native Galician herbs - sage, lemon verbena, laurel, peppermint, eucalyptus and a sea plant, the glasswort- which give the product its uniquely fresh and aromatic character. It also incorporates juniper, cardamom, ginger, hibiscus and black Ceylon tea. Nordés its unmistakable fresh and soft character.
Taste: Nose: An intensely aromatic gin, with delicate notes of white fruit in harmony with balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus and bay, accompanied by a subtle note of juniper. PALATE: Fresh and fruity notes, with hints of bay and juniper
