Product description

Founded by Jean Martell in 1715, the Martell Cognac House is one of the oldest cognac producers in the world. Martell Cognac has been a symbol of excellence since its birth. For 300 years of its existence, it has been part of the royal and imperial courts. It has been enjoyed by personalities such as George IV, Louis Philippe, Napoleon III, Alexander III, Francis Joseph I, Elizabeth II and many others. Today, the company's cellars contain the most precious eaux-de-vie, or grape spirits, a few of which were produced as early as 1830 - these are used in the production of the most precious cognacs.

Taste: complex, developing flavours of candied fruit, pleasant, full and rounded with a long finish.

Aroma: Pleasant aroma with notes of lime and liquorice, notes of candied fruit (plums, grapes) with a fresh nutty and woody finish.

Colour: Gold with amber highlights.

1. Ideal for cocktails in which the character of Martell cognac should stand out.
2. Traditional and established since 1831.

Serve neat in a classic cognac or tasting glass or as part of a cocktail.

Producer's address: Martell & Co., 112 Avenue Kléber, 75016 Paris, FR
