Blend of Grappas made from carefully selected, fine and fresh pomace, distilled using artisanal batch steam stills and aged more than 18 months in small Limousin oak barrels or ex-Sherry barrels, bottled without the addition of flavors and/or caramel. Limited and dated production.
Taste: It has to be served at room temperature in balloon-type glass. Before tasting, it is crucial to let it rest in the glass for some minutes. Amber colour with golden tints, it is elegant and persistent, with scents of pastry, vanilla and chocolate. Its elegance and personality make it the perfect conclusion of a meal, even accompanied with a good cigar. Perfect with aged cheese, dark chocolate or chocolate-based warm desserts and with foie gras.
