In 1818, Madame Clicquot invented the first ever known blended rosé champagne, which can still be enjoyed and shared today for its vibrancy and burst of fruit.
Veuve Clicquot Rose Ice Jacket has a fresh onset, which is followed by a fruity harmonious sensation on the palate. The wine is perfectly balanced in the best style of Veuve Clicquot rosé champagnes, combining elegance and flair. The wine is magical - this deliciously full-bodied champagne can be enjoyed as a real delicacy.
Full-bodied and deliciously fruity, with intense flavours of juicy ripe strawberries and cherries, Veuve Clicquot Rosé is an explosion of red fruit and an expression of Madame Clicquot's brilliant and daring spirit. The cuvée is made from 50 to 60 different varieties and is based on the traditional Yellow Label blend. The blend is then complemented with 12% still red wine made from red grapes to add fruitiness.
The long ageing period in the Crayères - underground cellar (at least 3 years for Rosé) gives the Champagne its silkiness.
Included in the package is an Ice Jacket, or a functional and fashionable case that keeps the champagne cool and ready to pour anywhere, anytime.
