Production process: 
Yaku Wari is the result of a traditional two-step distillation process using freshly extracted sugar cane juice from the Ecuadorian lowlands. A long fermentation using natural yeasts followed by seven years of ageing in virgin oak barrels on the tropical coast of Ecuador gives this rum its characteristic richness and depth.

Flavour profile: 
Intense, with deep notes of cane juice and a distinct sweetness that is balanced by woody nuances and the subtropical climate of the ageing. This combination creates a complex taste experience that deserves to be discovered.
