About the Ron Centenario Brand:

Ron Centenario is a Costa Rican rum brand whose history began in 1981 with the idea of using Scotch whiskey barrels for rum aging. The first bottle of Ron Centenario was introduced in Costa Rica in 1985, marking an important milestone for the brand.

Centenario bases its style on aging under Costa Rica’s natural conditions and on the careful selection of barrels. Today, the brand is associated with smooth, aged rums characterized by a creamy texture, sweeter fruity notes, vanilla, and oak, and it exports its products to dozens of countries around the world.
