Blend of Guatemaa & Belize rum. Aged 3 years in Guatemala and 4-6 years in Belize and then 1 year in a Ferrand cask . A sipping rum, it also makes for a great Old Fashioned.

Taste: Rich nose featuring beautiful sherry notes and a touch of rosted spices. Rich while well structured, it expands into fine notes of old port , until reaching a long finish featuring aromas of light tobacco, liquorice and dry wood.
