About Pircher:
The distillery's roots date back to 1884, when monks from the monastery of the Order of German Knights in Lana in South Tyrol began producing fruit distillates using traditional methods. This knowledge and craftsmanship became the basis for the brand's current philosophy.
In the mid-20th century, the historic monastery distillery passed into the hands of the Pircher family, which was an important milestone not only for the company itself, but also for the entire South Tyrol region. The combination of local tradition, entrepreneurial spirit, and an emphasis on quality led to the extraordinary development of the brand.
