Dictador 12Y rum is produced by fermenting virgin sugar cane honey, which is distilled partly in a copper alembic and partly in a steel continuous column to produce a medium-bodied rum. It is matured in pre-used oak barrels and finally bottled.

Colour: Deep amber colour with reddish tones

Nose: Intense, with subtle caramel, honey, dry seeds and lightly roasted coffee giving way to medium oak aromas

Taste: Smooth and full-bodied with caramel, cocoa and honeyed light coffee flavours

Finish: Lightly oaky with a complex lingering flavour
