Bushmills 10Y Sherry is a 10-year-old Irish single malt whiskey created as a tribute to the more than 40-year partnership between the Old Bushmills distillery and the Paez family, a leading producer of sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. This edition is intended exclusively for Travel Retail and draws on the rich character of Oloroso sherry.

The whiskey is aged for at least 10 years in bourbon and sherry casks. The individual components are then blended, and the resulting whiskey undergoes further aging in aromatic Oloroso sherry casks from the Paez Morilla winery in Jerez. It is this final maturation that imparts distinctive notes of dried fruit, nuts, sweet wood, and Spanish oak.
