Macleod’s Island draws inspiration from the rugged landscape of the Scottish islands, with their coastlines, heathlands, and strong maritime influence. The whisky was named in honor of clan member Ian Macleod, and its character distinctly reflects the island style.

Tasting Profile:

Nose: Dry, with a pronounced hint of sea salt.

Palate: Peaty and slightly iodine-like, with a maritime character and balanced sweetness.

Finish: Very long, with lingering peaty and maritime notes.

The aroma is dry and offers a distinct hint of sea salt. On the palate, iodine and peaty notes come to the fore first, followed gradually by a balanced sweetness. The result is a distinctive yet well-balanced whiskey with a very long finish.
