Dictador Rima Sherry 2006 0,7l 44%

Dictador Rima is the follow-up edition of the limited series collection of vintages matured under the supervision of Hernan Parra. Dictador's Master Blender continues his masterpiece in creating rums aged in American oak, port and sherry casks. Rima means "Rhyme" in Spanish, and as in a poem, a perfect symbiosis of words can be found. In Dictador Rima bottles, you will find a perfect synergy of flavors and a unique tasting experience.

Nose: Big and expressive with lots of freshly varnished oak and vanilla notes coming through. There is a dry hint of juicy white grapes and oak. Imagine a bold fragrance in the style of Chardonnay.
Palate: First, preserved tropical fruit salad, which is supported by smoky notes of hot coals and then marine, salty notes that give this rum incredible depth.
Finish: Delicious with a lovely juicy note of ripe cherries and toasted Creme Brûlée.
