Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut is a sparkling white wine from France that is made without added sugar, which means it is very low in sugar and very dry. It is an elegant and fresh wine with fine bubbles, made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes.
The wine has a light straw colour with subtle golden highlights. On the nose it is full of fruity and floral aromas, with notes of white peach, green apple, white flowers and tea leaves. On the palate, the wine is dry, fresh and mineral, with strong acidity and a gentle but pleasant bitterness. Its fine bubbles give the wine a refreshing texture and good structure.
The wine has an alcohol content of 12 % and is packaged in a 0,75 litre bottle. It is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to caviar, mussels, various types of fish and fine desserts.
