Production process:
Yaku Wari is the result of a traditional two-step distillation process using freshly extracted sugar cane juice from the Ecuadorian lowlands. A long fermentation using natural yeasts followed by seven years of ageing in virgin oak barrels on the tropical coast of Ecuador gives this rum its characteristic richness and depth.
