This plum brandy is made from selected varieties of Top Taste and Čačanská Lepotice plums, fermented without pips to bring out the natural sweetness and full flavour of the plums. Aging in an oak barrel adds a touch of oak wood to the delicate plum flavour and gives the spirit an attractive golden colour.
