Product description

Black Tot Finest Caribbean Rum is an enchanting copper-coloured rum created by head blender Oliver Chilton, who has perfectly blended selected world rums into a unique blend that celebrates the individual character of each rum without any additions or alterations.

In Black Tot Finest Caribbean we have achieved a harmony between the past and the present, taking inspiration from seafaring traditions to create a rum that is perfect for present and future enjoyment. By carefully selecting rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica, we have managed to create a complex profile with tropical, coffee and chocolate nuances. Aged exclusively in tropical climates, this rum brings rich flavours to classic cocktails.

With no chilling and no added sugar, Black Tot Finest Caribbean is presented in its purest form, guaranteeing an authentic taste experience.

NOSE: Tropical fruits, including pineapple and melon, complemented by banana fritters, plantain tarts, overripe mango and crème brûlée, with fresh notes of honeysuckle and eucalyptus.

TASTE: Butterscotch and banana cream with subtle cinnamon and spices, baked apples, pineapple cubes and dried mango, with touches of coffee, dark chocolate and black pepper.

FINISH: Full of notes of chocolate coffee, with hints of roasted banana and aniseed.

Producer's address: Elixir Distillers, Elixir House, Whitby Avenue, Park Royal, NW10 7SF London, GB
