Production process:

• Maceration: A special blend of herbs and spices.
• Fermentation: Using pure flower honey, spring water and noble yeast, fermentation takes approximately 5-6 weeks during which time the sugar is naturally converted to alcohol. 
• Filtration: Once fermentation is complete, the product is purified with natural clarifying agents to ensure purity and clarity.

• Water: The quality of the water is ensured by using pure spring water.
