Crafter's Wild Forest Gin is a gin inspired by the green forests of Estonia. This unique gin reflects the wild and untouched nature of the Estonian coast, its ancient forests and the adventurous tradition of local fishermen.
Crafter's Wild Forest Gin is a truly green symphony of flavours, combining juniper berries, spruce thorns and pine shoots, which together form the base of this lush botanical blend. Heather blossoms and blueberry shoots are also added to give the gin a fruity-floral character, while smokiness and mineral notes complete this unique flavour profile.
Sustainability is at the heart of Crafter's philosophy and this is reflected in every aspect of the production of Crafter's Wild Forest Gin. The distillation of juniper and other herbs is done in a sustainable manner, using 80% plant-based ingredients. Gin bottles, made from at least half recycled glass, are produced in a factory just 85 miles from the distillery, minimizing the product's environmental footprint.
Energy consumption is further reduced by the separate distillation of the herbs. These practices save natural resources as well as energy, contributing to the lower carbon footprint of our gins.
