Chateau GRAND BARI BARISECCO frizzante is a sparkling wine that brings unexpected pleasure with a dominant aroma of muscat and tropical fruits. The delicately carbonated bubbles are complemented by a peculiar residual sugar that remains in the mouth and brings a refreshing taste, ideal for summer days. This wine is perfect for those times when you want to remember and enjoy summer in every sip.
Basic Information:
Serving and food pairings:
Ideal as a refreshing drink on patios, an accompaniment to light salads, or as a welcome drink on occasions. Its lightness and freshness make Barisecca a great choice for social events and quiet moments at home.
We recommend serving it well chilled to a temperature of 6 - 8 °C, preferably in flutes, which will accentuate its pearliness and allow its aromas to develop fully.
Chateau GRAND BARI BARISECCO frizzante carries the sun and vitality of Tokaj, a celebration of traditional varieties with a modern twist that will be appreciated by any wine lover looking for something unusual and fresh.
Chateau GRAND BARI:
Chateau GRAND BARI, a new wine brand in the Tokaj region, brings a revolutionary perspective to wine production. It boldly demolishes the myths of Tokaj wines as only heavy, sweet, putny types. Wine lovers have already noticed the innovative production in wine shops and restaurants, where Chateau GRAND BARI offers dry, light, fresh and mineral wines that are completely different from what they were used to from Tokaj.
Chateau GRAND BARI's winery stands out for its unique architecture with elements of Italian style, a tribute to the Italian winemakers who brought the art of winemaking to Great Bari. The building is set into terraced terrain and surrounded by a massive hillside, offering apartment accommodation with spectacular views of the vineyards and sun-drenched region. Underground, there are hundreds of metres of traditional tufa cellars accessible to visitors.
Within the winery there is a Tokaj exhibition and the main attraction - the original wine press from 1873, which thanks to the work of restorers can be seen in excellent condition.
