As traditional distillers of cult-status agave spirits, we chose cacti and succulents from the desert as our thematic botanicals for this singular barrel-aged gin. Our spectrum of aromatic elements contains: 1. fresh juniper berries; 2. agave flowers; 3. tuna cactus flowers; and 4. pitaya cactus flowers. These four fractionally distilled elements are then suffused together with unfermented agave stem juice, the Fifth
Element, and aged for 5 years in virgin Castanea Sativa barrels, adding the Sixth
Element to our Opus Magnum. Gorgeous on the palate, full-bodied, with a layered, elegant mouthfeel.
