Porfidio's Agave Gin Luxury Edition is made from fresh juniper berries, dragon fruit, agave flowers and prickly pear, the key botanicals that give this gin its distinctive and fresh character. Before the gin enters the bottle, it is first reduced to its potency using unfermented juice from the agave stalk, and then aged for five years in new European chestnut (Castanea Sativa) barrels.
