Porfidio's Agave Gin Luxury Edition enters the stage with a body as if it had just thrown an unforgettable party with fresh juniper berries in a desert, with dragon fruit, agave and prickly pear flowers as VIP guests. Things are opulent in other ways too. The finished distillate is reduced to drinking strength with the unfermented juice from the stalk of the agave. It then rests for five years in virgin Castanea Sativa barrels to achieve its ultimate touch. The gin has some elegant tricks up its sleeve that will surprise even the most experienced palate.
