Production and aging:

Each edition of Martell L'Or Réserve du Château is created by cellarmaster Christophe Valtaud, who creates a new blend for each vintage. This edition contains more than 1,400 eaux-de-vie from the four best terroirs in the Cognac region. The cognac produced is then aged in historic cellars and finished in a selected château, allowing the cognac to achieve a unique depth and complexity of flavours.

Colour: Amber with copper highlights, indicating its maturity and quality.

Aroma: A rich blend of floral notes such as iris, wild carnation and honeysuckle, complemented by hints of red fruits, earth, rancio, sandalwood and cedar.

Taste: The palate intertwines robust fresh flowers with spicy currant notes, gradually revealing unique woody nuances with an aromatic explosion and a long finish in the mouth.
